At Warstic, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for battle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; bats must still be in their original heat-shrunk plastic wrap to be eligible.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
