What is the standard shipping time for custom bats?
Customized metal and wood bats are handcrafted to your specifications and typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our facility.
What is your return policy for non-custom items?
We accept returns on unused, non-customized products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Do your bats come with a warranty?
Yes, our metal bats come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that wood bats do not carry a warranty due to the nature of the material.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Because we begin processing orders immediately, changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
How do I choose the right bat size for my player?
We recommend consulting our official Size Guide located on each product page, which provides recommendations based on the player's height, weight, and league requirements.
